HR Recruiter Non IT
Roles and Responsibilities
Role : Full Time ( NON IT Recruiter ).
- Ability to work under pressure Urgent Hiring for Recruiter -Corporate Hiring.
- Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding.
- Sourcing, evaluating and closing candidates as per client requirement.
- Must possess excellent oral communication skills.
- Must have done volume hiring for BPO(Voice Process) and mainly into freshers hiring
- Expertise in Bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring Need to recruit candidates based on client's requirement for language experts (IT/Non IT).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be good with Ms Excel.
- Knows the complete Staffing process preferably with MNC's.
- Candidates from Consultancy, Banking, Financial, Broking, NBFC and other Financial sector can apply for this position.
- We are urgently looking for Non IT Recruiters,having BPO hiring experience and sales hiring.
- Should be able to deliver under pressure.
- Must be self driven and highly motivated.
Salary:Upto 1.80 Lacs
