Roles and Responsibilities

Role : Full Time ( NON IT Recruiter ).

Ability to work under pressure Urgent Hiring for Recruiter -Corporate Hiring.
Work proactively on end to end recruitment for hiring by utilizing effective tools for sourcing, selection and on boarding.
Sourcing, evaluating and closing candidates as per client requirement.
Must possess excellent oral communication skills.
Must have done volume hiring for BPO(Voice Process) and mainly into freshers hiring
Expertise in Bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring Need to recruit candidates based on client's requirement for language experts (IT/Non IT).

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be good with Ms Excel.
Knows the complete Staffing process preferably with MNC's.
Candidates from Consultancy, Banking, Financial, Broking, NBFC and other Financial sector can apply for this position.
We are urgently looking for Non IT Recruiters,having BPO hiring experience and sales hiring.
Should be able to deliver under pressure.
Must be self driven and highly motivated.
