2.Database of enquiries to be shared with Akshi Mam & Arpan sir.
3.Query to be resolved for client/Customer raised through India Mart.
4.Followup on with client/customer related to query resolution if they are interested in purchase of
products.
5.Coordination with Marketing department
6. Follow up on lead generated through India mart
7.Sharing of info with Arpan Sir & Akshi mam & then as per advice from Arpan sir, Sharing of Data to be
done with marketing team.
8. Follow up with the marketing team for sales status once data is shared for potential customer.
9.Maintaining brochure of products as well as rectification or addition or up-dation of new products as &
when required.
10.Coodination with Vendors for brochure printing.
11.Keeping track of direct sales done to the client/Customer of India mart month on month basis.
12. To give all type of technical support as and when required.
13. Data management of visiting card.
14. To send SMS to vendors as and when required and asked to send by management.
